Due to the unique, custom, and living nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds. The resources—both human and material—are committed as soon as your order is placed. The planting and care process begins immediately to ensure your gift starts its journey in the best possible way.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a technical problem with your video or a mistake in the dedication message, please contact us immediately. We are committed to making it right and will happily re-shoot the video or take new photos at no additional cost.
